Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and Implementation of SEO strategies in three tiers: On Page (keywords research, HTML & Schema tagging), Technical (fixes that allow ease of Search Engine crawling) and Off Page (Link Building)
Optimise website content, conduct ongoing maintenance and ad hoc tasks to enhance performance
Conduct Website audit and Keyword Research, improve organic search ranking and optimise SEO campaign to rank on page 1 on Google Search
Generate SEO performance reports, analysis of web analytics reports and track campaign progress, review website based on deliverables
Assist in implementation, coordination and reporting of search engine optimisation initiatives for Global Sources SEM team
Design simple wireframes, mockups for visual reference for different business units and management to push new initiatives and page redesign. Helped BUs and management to better visualise how new initiatives and recommendations look like. Helps to speed up decision making and also to align their expectations.
Conduct Keyword research to optimise landing page for selected keywords.
Produce creative and thought leadership content that drives traffic to client websites
Responsible for all traffic and visibility targets; reporting all SEO traffic statistics to clients
Manage incoming requests; prioritisation; reporting on status updates, identifying progress, dependencies and roadblocks to Account Management team.
Identify corrective actions for continuous improvement in organic search traffic & behaviour as well as rankings on major search engines
Study new and creative SEO techniques to keep abreast with latest SEO trends and information
