As a Marketing & Sales Executive or Manager, you need to understand the key areas that makes our company stand out and present them to clients in a professional manner.

You should have the drive and inclination to remain at the forefront of our business sector. Liaise with team to design and development up-to-date marketing collaterals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to source for new business leads and corporate sales
• Assisting the management team to grow existing sales & marketing team
• New business support and pitching
• Handle sales enquires from client
• Liaise with clients on their project & design requirements
• Prepare quotation based on the proposed project specifications
• Project Coordination:
  • Scheduling the workflow to ensure smooth coordination with various parties involved in the projects
  • Supervise and work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality project completion
  • Ensure all proposed design and timeline set are met
• Working closely with management team for new marketing ideas and collaterals preparations
• Liaise with clients on their project & design requirements
• Develop concepts and create design artworks for both online and printing collaterals including banners, brochures, logos, newsletters and posters
